Crystal is an independent stylist with 18 years of experience working behind the chair. Specializing in balayage, a lived in and low maintenance hair color. Crystal offers a hair retreat with an elevated experience and laid back vibe. Located in down town Natick inside of La Creme Salon. It can be difficult to predict how your hair will process and we book these appointments for extra time to make sure the outcome of your hair is its very best. It’s important to Keep in mind that it may take several appointments to achieve your desired look. Your first and second appointment might be establishing a base or correcting previous color. We appreciate your patience. *** 𝗦𝗔𝗟𝗢𝗡 𝗣𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗜𝗘𝗦 Cancellation Policy : Every client is very important to us, as well as our own time. We understand life happens and things come up. With that in mind, a 48 hour notice is required if you need to cancel your appointment. Less than 48 hour notice will result 20% charge of the service cost. No shows & day of will result in 100% charge of the service cost. No exceptions. Late Policy : Please be sure to arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may result in your appointment being limited, canceled or rescheduled. If you will be more than 10 minutes late, please call 617-997-2300. Re-do and adjustment Policy : If a client for any reason is unhappy with a service, we will perform an adjustment within 7 days at no charge to the client. How ever, Some situations, such as but not limited to, simply changing your mind and is at no fault to the stylist will incur a fee. Please notify your stylist within 3 days of original appointment. If you are past the 7 day adjustment period, you will be charged for new services. If you alter the color at home or with another stylist in any way, the redo policy is null and void.
