It can be difficult to predict how your hair will process and we book these appointments for extra time to make sure the outcome of your hair is its very best. We appreciate your patience. *** 𝗦𝗔𝗟𝗢𝗡 𝗣𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗜𝗘𝗦 Cancellation Policy : Every client is very important to us, as well as our own time. We understand life happens and things come up. With that in mind, please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment. No shows will not be re-booked. Late Policy : Please be sure to arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may result in your appointment being limited, canceled or rescheduled. If you will be more than 10 minutes late, please call 617-997-2300. Re-do and adjustment Policy : If a client for any reason is unhappy with a service, we will perform an adjustment within 7 days at no charge to the client. How ever, Some situations, such as but not limited to, simply changing your mind and is at no fault to the stylist will incur a fee. Please notify your stylist within 3 days of original appointment. If you are past the 7 day adjustment period, you will be charged for new services. If you alter the color at home or with another stylist in any way, the redo policy is null and void. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, please reach out at least 48 hours in advance. I charge a full 100% fee for no-shows and a 20% cancellation fee with in the 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
